Adding Bookmark Field in MS Word

Adding bookmark field in MSWord 2010
1. Open a document
2. select the place to enter the field

3. click on developers tab (if the developer tab is not available, enable that ribbon from admin)
4. In the developer tools click on the legacy tools
5. select the text form field
6. double click on the field and change the properties.
7. Save the document

If you want to see all the book mark field available and their location:

1. Click on the Insert ribbon
2. Click on the book mark
3. from the book mark window double click on the each field to know their location.
